Our staff are available to answer your questions via phone: (+649) 575-9055, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm NZST, or you can e-mail us at any time, at: jlw@cosmetologists.co.nz or you can search our comprehensive online store 24 hours a day/7 days a week.
Where are you located?
Where can I find a local distributor of C.T.S. Cosmetologists products?
Our philosophy is to provide customers with the broadest selection of applicators, brushes, swabs and other sampling, packaging, spa and beauty therapy supplies. In order to be able to offer these items at the best possible price and ensure knowledgeable, friendly, professional service, we choose to work directly with our customers rather than through a distributor.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No.
Can you send out a printed catalogue or pricelist?
No, our website provides the most up-to-date details on our product range; we do not provide printed catalogues or pricelists due to the fluid state of our products and pricing.
There are items I need which I can’t find in your website. Can you help me find what I need?

Can items be custom printed?
Yes, we can help customize many items to meet your branding and promotional needs. Check with Janita Wright, Managing Director to determine minimum order requirements and whether items can be ordered in custom colours or imprinted with hot stamping, silk screening or other labelling.
I don’t have a credit account with your company. How can I open one?
We do not generally offer credit accounts; goods are only dispatched once payment has been received. To place orders via our website you must register as a customer, to do this online simply create an account with our website, please click the create account tab, entre your shipping details here. You can then place orders immediately using a credit card, or bank deposit. You can also register with us via phone or email for phone orders.
Can I order online?
Yes, our secure website store allows you to order online 24/7. Goods are dispatched same working day once payment is received.
Can I order with a credit card over the phone?
Yes, we are pleased to accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards. Any credit card information provided is used to process your immediate order, please be prepared to provide your credit card details every time an order is placed. We take credit card fraud very seriously in order to ensure our customers the best possible protection of their information. We report any international fraud attempts to BNZ Fraud Department, and report any US fraud attempts to the FBI.
Does your pricing include shipping charges?
Shipping charges are not included in our pricing. Shipping is calculated and charged at check out.
Where do you ship your products?
C.T.S Cosmetologists ship orders to any country in the world that has trade relations with New Zealand
